A few years ago I went on my first abroad holiday to Egypt, Sharm el Sheik (no idea how you spell it!) and whilst I was there I went snorkeling on the hotels private beach and being so close to all those tropical fish in open sea was mind blowing. I remember waking up on the last day of the holiday very early so I could go down early and take some pictures of the fish... and in all my life I’ve never seen such huge beautiful fish! There was nobody in the water you see, so all the large fish were swimming around before being chased off by the rest of the hotel’s residents. A blue napoleon fish swam straight towards me and it was SO big. I’ve never been more in touch with the earth than in that moment... thank god there weren’t any sharks!
